Whitney Clarke, MS, RMHCI
Therapist/ Founder
I am a dedicated registered clinical mental health counselor intern based in Florida, committed to supporting the holistic well-being of every client I serve. With a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Florida International University and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently pursuing my doctorate to further deepen my knowledge and impact in the field.

My background in both biological sciences and psychology, combined with a passion for natural healing, shapes my integrative approach to therapy. I incorporate mindfulness practices such as meditation, yoga, grounding techniques, and breathwork to strengthen the mind-body connection and support emotional balance. By blending evidence-based therapies with holistic methods, I help clients achieve greater peace, resilience, and a higher quality of life.

I specialize in working with individuals facing a range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. I also provide supportive therapy for teens, adults, couples, students, and families navigating life transitions or interpersonal challenges. My therapeutic style is client-centered and personalized, drawing from approaches such as trauma-focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness therapy, and holistic modalities.

Kemetic Yoga & Breathwork Instructor
Basu Kena is a certified Kemetic Yoga instructor with over ten years of experience in yoga and breathwork practices. His teaching integrates ancient Kemetic traditions with modern wellness approaches to support balance of the mind, body, and spirit. Through mindful movement and breathwork, he helps individuals reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate inner peace.

With more than 23 years of professional experience in medical healthcare (emergency and orthopedics), extensive study in Biological Science, and 30+ years in sports, Basu Kena brings a deep understanding of the human body and its capacity for healing. He also holds a degree in Business Management and Psychology, which enriches his ability to connect with individuals and guide them toward holistic well-being.

Passionate about service, Basu Kena is dedicated to helping others restore harmony, find their center, and live with greater awareness and vitality. His mission is to empower individuals to reconnect with themselves and achieve a state of balance and peace.

Daniel Chin-Shue
Tai Chi Instructor
Daniel Chin-Shue is an experienced Tai Chi instructor who has taught for several years both locally and throughout the Caribbean islands. His teaching emphasizes the art of Tai Chi as a holistic practice that enhances physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Through slow, deliberate movements and mindful breathing, he guides students in cultivating strength, flexibility, and relaxation while promoting inner calm and resilience.

Mr. Chin-Shue has studied Recreational Therapy, which complements his work in wellness by focusing on how movement and therapeutic practices can improve overall quality of life. In addition to his expertise in Tai Chi, he incorporates elements of Eastern practices and modern fitness to help individuals stay grounded, centered, and connected to both body and mind.
